EV-54, Semi-Automatic Vial Dispensing System

The EV-54 is equipped with 54 tablet canisters. When prescription data is sent to the EV-54, the system automatically dispenses the required quantity of tablets into the designated chute. The chute unlocks only after verification using the prescription label or package insert, helping ensure that the correct medication is dispensed into the appropriate vial or resealable plastic bag.

Each medication is dispensed through a dedicated chute connected directly to its tablet canister, helping minimize the risk of cross-contamination and supporting safe, accurate dispensing.
For high-quantity prescriptions, the EV-54 can automatically divide tablets among up to three vials or resealable plastic bags. The system also accommodates a wide range of vial sizes for greater dispensing flexibility.

The tablet canisters and chutes can be easily removed for cleaning, simplifying routine maintenance and allowing pharmacy staff to spend more time focused on patient care.
